SMS Terms & Privacy

Consent and opt-in

By opting in to SMS messages from Califa Sky LLC, you agree to receive text messages for customer support, service updates, booking confirmations, and other communications related to your account.

How to opt out

You can cancel SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To re-subscribe, opt in again as you did originally.

Rates and frequency

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to or from you. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS data sharing

Califa Sky LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers that support the delivery of SMS services — such as messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, or customer support vendors — solely to operate the messaging service. All other use cases exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
